Total professionalism. Impressed as soon as we walked into their well-designed showroom. We brought in our daughter's blinds for cleaning and ended up with Theresa helping us find a solution to our own situation. We bought a roller shade for our deck to reduce sunlight and glare on sunny days. Professional measuring by Mitch and his assistant followed by meticulous installation.

Excellent customer service! I thought it was going to be a costly repair but instead the “fix” was covered by the warranty! I was so impressed with the service that I received from Neil that I ordered new window treatments for three bedrooms. Installation went smoothly and my windows look great!

Our initial meeting was with Theresa, she was very knowledgeable. She had all the samples, AND all the answers! Theresa did a great job for us. From ordering the product to install, we were kept informed every step of the way. The installer was amazing. Ryan did an awesome job! We love our new Hunter Douglas blind!! Wonderful design service and option for them to come to your house as well. The showroom is great so at some point it’s worth seeing all the options in person. Liz meticulously went through our options and quickly placed our order. The installation team was great. One of the shades was damaged in shipment to them and they’ve reordered so that everything will be perfect. We were happy to have such a top notch company be willing to come to our home and provide such great service from start to finish.

Walls & Windows has been our go-to source for great blinds and great service. Jessie is easy to work with and did a great job with getting the measurements for our windows and suggesting good choices for us. She has a nice way about her that makes it really comfortable to work with her. Ryan, our installer, is a real pro! He efficiently installed the blinds, removed the old ones, and taught us how to navigate the many options for our blinds. He is patient and really kind.

Great operation from start to finish. Theresa was so helpful and easy to work with and made sure we got exactly what we wanted in blinds for our home. After working with us in the showroom, she made a home visit to refine our choices and take measurements. The blinds fit perfectly and the installers were professional and efficient. We just moved to Lynden and chose Walls and Windows to do our shades. The salesperson and installers were polite, professional and fun to talk with. We are 100% happy with the products and would choose them again should we need to move.

This company is great! Customer service is prompt, from measuring to installation. They have provided interior blinds, as well as exterior roll up shades for our home. This year we were out of town in the middle of the project, but they were still available and friendly when installers returned later to complete their job!

Our contractor recommended Walls & Windows so we stopped by the showroom to see if they could meet our need. We have a high window that gets direct afternoon sun, but multiple electricians said no go for power up there. The staff offered up a wireless charging option. Jesse and Ole came out and measured and brought samples and in six weeks, they were back for installation. It was a game changer for us. I would recommend this team for all of your window treatments!

Very nice experience. Jesse came to our home and listened to what I wanted. She was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Neal installed everything and did an excellent job.

The whole process to purchase five Hunter Douglas blinds was excellent. Our salesperson was great and the installer did a top notch job. He even carries a battery powered vacuum to clean up after drilling for the mounting brackets. We are very happy with the final result.
