Excellent service from a very professional company. We had Walls & Windows install 10 new blinds. The two installers were great. Friendly and knowledgeable and remarkably speedy installing them. They did notice a minor dimensional error on one of the blinds but immediately ordered a replacement at no cost. We were very pleased that they also followed Covid protocols by wearing masks all the time. We would definitely recommend Walls & Windows and would use them again.

This is a great company to work with. I needed to replace a defective vertical blind on my patio door. They have a great showroom so you can see the window coverings full size. Makes it possible to see all options. Theresa then came to the house to help me pick a color and do all the measurements. Collin came today and made quick work of removing the old blinds and taking them to be recycled and installing my new blinds. They are beautiful. Nice to know that there is such a good company right here in Bellingham. Great doing business with them.

We returned to Walls & Windows for new window blinds after they were so helpful when our old blinds had some problems. The staff really knew what they were selling, the Sales person came to the house and made many suggestions which were excellent, and kept us informed about our order all the way through the installation. Colin, the installer, did a really excellent installation and walk through. Great experience from Start to Finish.

Wonderful design service and option for them to come to your house as well. The showroom is great so at some point it’s worth seeing all the options in person. Liz meticulously went through our options and quickly placed our order. The installation team was great. One of the shades was damaged in shipment to them and they’ve reordered so that everything will be perfect. We were happy to have such a top notch company be willing to come to our home and provide such great service from start to finish.

We purchased three FlexShade exterior motorized sun screens for the very sunny side of our house. The whole experience from first walking into the store, to our home visit to pick our the type of shade and fabric, to installation was efficiently handled by Jesse and Mitch. We couldn't be happier with the smooth operation of the shades.

From sales to install Walls and Windows was great to work with. Adam and Ryan did the install, they both were friendly, efficient, and tidy. They got our entire house completed in less than 2 hours and even put up with our puppy! No pressure sales and lots of good insight from Theresa she suggested an alternative type of shade for above the kitchen sink as it could be wiped down from splashes and spills. The fabric shades would have not been ideal for this one window. Something we would have never thought of. So thanks to the whole team!

We bought & had Costco roman shades installed in office. Awful 2nd rate product & service. Absolutely zilch follow-up from rep to see whether or not we were happy. We weren’t happy...especially since Costco’s policy is no ‘refund or return’ on custom treatments. We couldn’t get their shades removed quick enough🙈. Love Costco but disappointed in their vendor pick & this product!
A friend told us that Walls & Windows would have been the way to go. She was correct & spot on!! We had Liz guide us through what would be the best product for the 2 windows. She’s ‘got’ the ‘eye’ for design & ‘listened’ to what our goal was. Between Liz’s design sense & Mitch’s perfect installation skills ....we would say “go no further” .....these are two to work with.

I consulted with Theresa at the shop to explore the possibility of outdoor sun shades for our home. She helped me make a decision about what we wanted. She sent out Mitch, their installer to determine if what I had selected would work for our site. Thankfully, Mitch suggested another option that would better fit our needs. He returned this last week with another installer for the installation. We could not be happier with the finished product. I found Mitch’s workmanship and dedication to doing an excellent job equally impressive. He went above and beyond what I expected and left me knowing I had made the right decision in selecting Walls & Windows.

We love the Hunter Douglas shutters! It is a 8 week wait but worth it. The shutters are well made and wrapped professionally when they arrived. The installers, Collin and Adam were wonderful - Very professional! One panel has a problem and they marked them in the form. The designer called in shortly afterward to advise us their action. We are pleased with their service.

Positive experience all the way around, both in customer service and product quality. Theresa met with my wife and I at our home to discuss exterior window coverings to block summer heat. During that discussion, Theresa saw a more appropriate solution - an awning that extended out over our deck to provide shade for the windows AND the deck. We ordered an awning with a drop shade and couldn't be happier. The entire system works with a remote. Customer service has been beyond our expectations and the product is very high quality.

We have purchased multiple shades and screens from Walls and Windows. It has been over 4 years since our purchase. We had a handle break on one of our pull down shades. I spoke to Becky and she ordered replacement handles for all the shades, not just the one that had broken. Walls and Windows came and swapped them out. What a great company that stands by the products they sell.

From the design personnel to the installation I was very happy with the pricing, the product and the installation that was done on time and very professionally. I would highly recommend this company.

A Walls & Windows representative came to my home and helped me select window coverings for four of our windows. I was relieved that she did the measuring and when the shades were installed they were a perfect fit.
For the living room I chose a light blocking shade so I no longer have a reflection on the tv screen. For a bedroom I also chose light-darkening shades for better sleep conditions. And those two shades can be adjusted from the bottom up as well as the top down which improved the privacy options for the room.
I was delighted with my experience with Walls & Windows.

My beautiful awning was installed this afternoon. I love it. It makes it feel as if I have a new room to house and it looks fabulous through the windows, looking out on it. The whole process from beginning to end was just great. People were easy to work with, set a schedule and kept to it to the minute, were helpful with all of my questions and installed it in very little time. I wish every company I work with was such a pleasure.

Great products and even better customer service. We went in to get blinds for our situation but was given an even better solution. There was one very minor issue but it was quickly addressed. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend.

Excellent service, from showroom through installation. Liz went through the various options in powered blinds and gave helpful advice concerning which designs would best hold up to our pets. Ryan installed the blinds expertly and took the time to explain how to operate them using the remote control and wifi options. We could not be happier.

Called Walls & Windows for repair of a Hunter Douglas vertical honeycomb shade for a large slider. The repair tech, Colin, was outstanding (super polite and friendly). Colin showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and completed a complex repair in an efficient, professional manner. Although my original window shades purchase was not through Walls & Windows, I will definitely be using them for all my future window covering needs - highly recommend!

Next we visited their showroom and were patiently introduced to different products and our questions were all answered clearly. Great product and customer service! When our first blinds didn't block enough light in the master bedroom (we tried them for over 90 days), Walls & Windows replaced them with new "light-lock" blinds at no extra charge. We knew Hunter-Douglas had a "love 'em" guarantee, and, boy, did Walls & Windows stand by that agreement. We still have three rooms that need new blinds. I contacted Walls & Windows because the mechanism to raise and lower a blind no longer functioned properly. Colin came out in the morning and because the blind was too long for him to repair onsite, took the blind to the shop. In spite of a busy schedule he found time to return that afternoon and reinstall it. It works perfectly. I appreciated his professionalism, promptness and engaging personality. We will definitely contact Walls & Windows for any future window covering needs we might have.

We needed blinds cleaned for a rental unit. The service was completed swiftly and very thoroughly. The blinds were quite dirty. They ran the blinds though the machine twice to ensure the job was well done!

I greatly appreciate Liz's help in selecting shades for my home. I especially credit her for suggesting a blackout shade for the bedroom, which has been a great help in keeping the recently completed neighboring apartments lighting from interfering with a dark bedroom. In addition, Walls &Windows has a very knowledgeable person in Adam Bodven, who installed the shades efficiently, as well as placing them well. He also suggested using a spacer with one of the shades, in order to avoid cutting into a small molding. Once again, another employee of Walls & Windows, who was pleasant.
I commend Walls & Windows for having these two people to work with me and who worked to see that I was pleased with the results.

I needed two repairs on Hunter Douglas shades. After a detailed phone conversation to determine the problems, Walls and Windows sent a repairman out. Colin couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He took my two shades back to the shop and fixed them the same day. He came back the next day to install them. He also made some minor repairs on the spot to another shade. And it turned out that due to the lifetime warranty, the repair was free, with only a reasonable charge for the service call. This was an A+ experience.

I highly recommend Walls and Windows for your window covering and awning needs. They quickly gave me a quote and Karen was so nice and helpful. She knew what I wanted and needed even when I didn’t! Her staff is courteous, knowledgeable and professional and have interior design backgrounds which helped tremendously to choose the best blinds for my home. It looks better than ever and actually looks more spacious because of the color and clean design they recommended and I chose.
They will always be my choice and I cannot wait for them to install a motorized awning on my deck next summer!
